LENA Start is a parent group model using innovative talk pedometer technology. The goal is to empower parents of children ages 0 – 3 years and strengthen the home language environments during this critical development phase. Start groups meet weekly for 10 engaging, facilitated sessions.
The orientation will be at 6 p.m. at Williams Farm Recreation Center (5252 Learning Circle, Virginia Beach).
